Lowongan Kerja di PT IGP Internasional - Yogyakarta (Plant Manager, Finance and Accounting, HRGA Head, HR Officer, Exim Staff)

URGENTLY REQUIRED

We are looking for suitable candidates to fill-up the vacant position in our factory, such as :

1. PLANT MANAGER (PM)
2. FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FAM)
3. HRGA HEAD (GA)
4. HR OFFICER (HRO)
5. EXIM STAFF (EXIM)

Requirements :

1. PLANT MANAGER (PM)

• Male / Female with min. 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in from reputable university
• Min. 5 years professional experience as Plant Manager / Assistant Manager, preferably in manufacturing industry 
• Strong knowledge in Factory Statement, Factory Modeling, Budgeting, Risk and Funding Management and Taxation
• Strong knowledge in Factory Concept and Standard, Cost Accounting, and Cash Flow Management
• Fluent in English would be an advantage
• Familiar with ERP BAAN or SAP
• Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skill
• Have visionary leadership and managerial skill and able to work effectively, both independently or team based

2. FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FAM)

• Male / Female with min. 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university
• Min. 5 years professional experience as Finance & Accounting Manager / Assistant Manager, preferably in manufacturing industry 
• Strong knowledge in Financial Statement, Financial Modeling, Budgeting, Risk and Funding Management and Taxation
• Strong knowledge in Accounting Concept and Standard, Cost Accounting, and Cash Flow Management
• Fluent in English would be an advantage
• Familiar with ERP BAAN or SAP
• Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skill
• Have visionary leadership and managerial skill and able to work effectively, both independently or team based 

3. HRGA HEAD (GA)

• Male / Female with max. 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Engineering from reputable university
• Min. 3 years professional experience as HRD Spv and GA 
• Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skill
• Have visionary leadership and managerial skill and able to work effectively, both independently or team based 
• Fluent in Ms Office and have knowledge about BPJS, HRIS, Law of Labor

4. HR OFFICER (HRO)

• Female with max. 30 years old
• D3 / SMK in all majors from reputable university
• Min. 2 years professional experience as HRD admin/officer
• Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skill
• Have visionary leadership and managerial skill and able to work effectively, both independently or team based 
• Fluent in Ms Office and have knowledge about BPJS, HRIS, Law of Labor
• Active and have good motivation

5. EXIM STAFF (EXIM)

• Female with max. 30 years old
• D3 / SMK in all majors from reputable university
• Min. 2 years professional experience as Export Import
• Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skill
• Have visionary leadership and managerial skill and able to work effectively, both independently or team based 
• Fluent in Ms Office and have knowledge rule about Customs, Export and Import
• Active and have good motivation
