JUNIOR RECRUITING SPECIALIST (RECRUITER) - work from home

Preferably Jogja-based applicants, own laptop / computer with fast connection.

Qualifications:

• Hold a university degree in Psychology, HR, or other similar disciplines (applicants holding other degrees but having experience in HR field are welcome)
• Male/female max. 30yrs old
• Excellent in English is highly required (spoken & written)
• Having 1 year experience in recruiting
• Experienced in using social media (LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, etc)
• Excellent communication skills

Job responsibilities include:

• Establish recruiting requirements both at national and international level
• Develop job descriptions as required and update the existing ones
• Develop creative and innovative recruitment solutions to attract quality talent
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all candidates/ employees sensitive data
• Create and send candidates’ profile to management team & establish interviews
• Send and negotiate offers with candidates in adherence with company guidelines, etc.
