HOTEL VICE GENERAL MANAGER

We are recruiting for an experienced Vice General Manager for our two star hotel in the Southern area of Yogyakarta, Matahari Hotel. The Vice General Manager will be responsible for many aspects of the business and will drive standards as well as profits. The ideal candidate will be hand on and active in managing people, have solid financial acumen, strong experience of managing a high occupancy hotel, experience in leisure management/F&B/Housekeeping/Front office and most importantly be guest focused. 

Requirements :

• Male / Female Max. 40 years old 
• Preferably a university graduate in Hospitality management with a minimum score/IPK of 3.00 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a hotel business 
• Able to manage and supervise a large team 
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced hotel environment 
• Able to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English 
• Able to conceptualize problem, implement strategies, and develop well- reasoned solutions 
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications (word, excel, Power Point, Project, access, outlook) 
• Owned a driving License (SIM A and SIM C) (preferably)
