Qualifications :

ADMINISTRATOR

• Well organized, responsible and detail
• Able to work in a team
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Excellent in Microsoft Office is a must
• Good planning and record keeping skills

COST ESTIMATOR

• Well organized, responsible and detail
• Able to read blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare estimates
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors
• Good knowledge of the local market and suppliers for materials, products, prices and commercial awareness
• A wealth of knowledge within the mechanical & engineering sector
• Recommend ways to make a product more cost effective of profitable
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Excellent in Microsoft Office is a must
• Good in documenting and reporting

INTERIOR DRAFTER

• Diploma in Interior Design or related field
• Able to work in a team, work fast and under pressure
• Responsible and fast learner
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Interior Design or related field
• AutoCad, SketchUp, CorelDraw

PROJECT SUPERVISOR

• Able to involve in planning organizing and controlling projects
• Knowledge about working drawing
• High responsibility and detail
• Able to work in a team, work fast and under pressure
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Work to project completion
• Good coordination and communication
• Willing to planning and documenting
