Job Responsibilities & Requirements :


SEO SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive link building strategies and reporting including directories, blog, bookmarking sites, and social media.
• Plan and execute SEO, SEM, social media, email blast and other campaign activity
• Identifying areas for growth and improvement in site structure, keyword selection, content development, Optimizing paid media campaign and on page optimization.
• Measure and report all digital campaign and assess agains target
• Tracking conversion rate and make improvement
• Evaluating customer experience, competitor, and market condition.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding in digital marketing concept and best practice.
• At least a first professional experience in e-commerce or related fields such as retail, digital marketing, market research, etc.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• Excellent in GDN, Adwords Setting and Optimization
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, HTML and Google Analytics

JAVA PROGRAMMER

Job Responsibilities :

• Developing excellent quality software using agile techniques such as
• Test Driven Development and Pair Programming.
• Participation in all aspects of the team - this includes daily
• meetings, planning, showcases.
• Creating proper documentation to include design/development plans,
• Quality Assessment, and testing plans.

Requirements :

• Willing to learn Java Programming Language.
• Willing to work at Sleman, Yogyakarta
• Possess basic knowledge in airlines business process and rules
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Physic, Mathematics or equivalent from
• Ten fingers typing, passionate learner and good communication skill

HELPDESK (TICKETING & RESERVATION)

Job Responsibilities :

• Handling online helpdesk with internal system/application
• Handling ticket and hotel reservation
• Responsible in refund, rebook, reroute and reschedule as customers request
• Monitor pending reservation, waiting list, time limits, etc
• Build a good relationship with sub-agent

Requirements:

• Min. graduated from SMIP / SMK Tourism
• Understand ticket and hotel reservation procedure
• Have a good communication skill
• Familiar with web and email application
• Has ability in problem solving, diligent and accurate
• Ten fingers writing
• Willing to work in shifts
• Honest and can work under pressure
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
• Willing to work at Sleman, Yogyakarta

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities :

• Design and maintain our social media presence
• Plan and execute social media, email blast and other campaign activity
• Measure and report all digital campaign and assess agains target
• Tracking conversion rate and make improvement
• Evaluating customer experience, competitor, and market condition.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding in digital marketing concept and best practice.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply

• Have knowledge in website analytical tools (google analytics)
• Good copywriting skills, attention to details
• Creative and innovative
• Willing to work at branch office Sleman, Yogyakarta

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Responsibilities :

• Design clear engaging graphic communications for print and web. This will include logos, direct mail pieces, brand or promotional items, poster, fylers, website and social media grapichs.
• Designing Storyboard Video
• Responsible for translating abstract concepts in to visual assets for use in our websites and apps

General Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a Art / Design / Creative / Multimedia / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Skillfull in photoshop, illustrator and corel draw
• Able to design web pages, although only with a text editor
• Great visual communication skill & artistic sense
• Able to work with deadline and under pressure
• Able to good quality Design images (logos, banners, posters, etc)
• Good personality and attitude
• Fast learn and willing to adapt
• Willing to work at Branch Office Yogyakarta.

Specific Requirement :

• Able to create animated website is a big plus
• Have passion to build product with high usability UI and UX.
