Qualification :

IT STAFF

Technical Qualification:
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues 
  • Create & Doing PICA (Problem Identification & Corrective Action) 
  • Have a good analytical thinking, problem solving, coordination, interpersonal skill & communication 
Must Have :
  • Required Skill(s) : Mikrotik RouterOS, Linux Server OS (CentOS & Ubuntu), VM. 
  • (Installation, Setup, Troubleshooting, Performance Optimization, Reporting) 
  • Experience with the core system : LDAP, messaging, file and print, DNS, proxy & RAID Backup 
  • Good experience in managing Zimbra Email Server, Samba File server, VOIP Telephony, antivirus 
  • Scripting Experience in (e.g. PHP, HTML, JS, CSS,) 
  • Database Experience in (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) 
Nice To Have :

HUMAN RESOURCES PROJECT

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing the organization’s HR strategy, including SOP and KPI 
  • Conducting recruitment process from selection to placement. 
  • Processing training when needed. 
  • Assisting existing HR Supervisor with day to day activities. 
Requirements:
  • Preferably female, 30 years old, min. Bachelor of Psychology preferably Master Degree of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. 
  • Preferable 2 years experience in similar role (HR:OD) 
  • Solid understanding about creating and evaluating job description, SOP and KPI.

MARKETING SALES STAFF

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and supervising marketing operation, developing marketing plan and/or budget, evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements. 
  • Analyzing sales data for marketing purpose. 
  • Actively do the quality check for all stores and their specific marketing collateral needs. 
  • Initiate new consumer promotion campaign and develop consumer engagement plans. 
  • Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities.

CREATIVE DESIGNER

Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate to give creative ideas, produce artistic and high quality work loaded with traditional value. 
  • Being responsible for packaging design or other graphic material, from concepting to the end product. 
  • Having knowledge about printing technique and able to coordinate/negotiate with the printing shop to ensure their quality meed/exceed company's standard. 
  • Actively participate and coordinate with other departments. 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or Visual Communication Design/ Interior Design/ Architecture with a lot of graphic experience. Packaging experience would be an advantage. 
  • Female, max. 30 years old with minimum experience in similar field for 2 years.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead every personnel to achieve corporate sales objectives. 
  • Develop competencies required to create an efficient and effective sales. 
  • Provide supervision through field visit, observation and sales target to fullfil performance appraisal and salary review. Able to conduct a coaching & mentoring session to the team. 
  • Create monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast. Able to manage the team to meet/exceed it.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively giving out product sample to customer. 
  • Actively selling products to customer. 
  • Inform customer accurately and attractively about Chocolate Monggo's product based on the fifo date. 
  • Making sure all selling areas, including Chocolate Monggo's display in the outlet is always presentable and clean. 
  • Helping Sales Merchandiser to proceed product order and/or return product. 
Requirements:
  • Female, max. 30 years old with attractive apperance. 
  • Min. high school graduate with a year experience in similar field. 
  • Excellent selling skill and easy to adapt with new environment. 
  • Standard selling english. 
  • Willing to be placed in any Chocolate Monggo's outlet.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating & reporting every administrative needs.
