HR SPECIALIST
Requirements:
- Handle recruitment process; including screening CV, shortlisting candidates, managing psychological tests, test scoring, and making candidates’ summary
- Prepare CV and correspondence to be forwarded to client regarding of suitable applicants
- Arrange interview with client by coordinating schedule and follow up candidates during the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate database, including inputting data to system
- Having minimal 1 year(s) experienced in related field, Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Flexible Time, Can handle its all daily
- Strong communication skill and able to work well in team
