QUALITY CONTROL STAFF – DEPARTMENT QHSE, [SUBJECT EMAIL : QC] 

Qualifications :

• Female, candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• No work experience required although work experience specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent will be preferred.
• Understand and able to implement Good Warehouse Practice.
• Understand and able to implement HACCP, HALAL, ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000
• Understand and able to implement quality control technique
• High Responsibility and Meticulous
• Able to work individual and team
• Good analytical skill and numerical ability
• Work Location : Prambanan, Klaten

HR GA SUPERVISOR – DEPARTMENT HRD&GA, [SUBJECT EMAIL : HR SPV] :

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage overall HRGA & Administration functions: recruitment, compensation & benefit, human resources report, training, time attendance & leave, etc
• Create and review employee employment contracts as well as conduct performance appraisal (PA)
• Create local HR procedures that required for site operation
• Assist HR Manager in the implementation of global/local policies related to human resource matter
• Establish working relationships with all stakeholders in client facility 
• Supporting all company compliances and safety procedures to meet company/client standard
• handle complaints related to office facilities and infrastructure
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law
• working with managers and advising on all issues related to HR matter
• coordinate with other HR partners at IDL site operation, do monthly reports and 

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources, 
• Able to communicate in English (oral & written) at business level
• Have a strong knowledge of Indonesian Labour Regulations and Local Labour Authorities-DISNAKER
• Excellent communication, self- motivated and performance driven.
• Computer literate
• Work Location : Prambanan, Klaten
