JUNIOR ORGANIZING CREW
Responsibilities:
- Manage the actual event to ensure it runs smoothly according to the rundown
- Coordinate with vendors and provide support to the client’s family throughout the event
- Manage catering, makeup, attire, and other vendor services to ensure a seamless experience for clients
Qualifications:
- Physical stamina
- Teamwork skills
- A positive attitude
- Previous experience in events and organizations is preferred
SOCIAL MEDIA ADMIN
Responsibilities:
- Manage content layout for social media platforms
- Engage with followers
- Promote wedding services online
- Build brand awareness and engage audiences through posts on Instagram and TikTok
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in social media marketing
- Strong writing skills and creativity
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage
